DAY ONE: MELBOURNE DEPARTURE (meals/movies en route)
AFTERNOON
Arrive at Melbourne International Airport and check in for your flight to Munich.
After checking in your luggage, move through security onto departure gate.
Now is a good time for a light snack or for some duty free shopping!
Depart Melbourne for Munich.
Arrive into your en route country (possibly Singapore or Dubai) and some time to explore the airport. Move to your next departure gate.
Depart for Munich.
DAY TWO: MUNICH (D)
MORNING
Arrive into Munich International Airport. Meet your Multi-lingual Tour Manager who will stay with you throughout the tour. Board your private coach and transfer to Munich city center
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
After lunch, enjoy a walking tour of Munich where you will see the treasures of the old town like the Gothic Frauenkirche Church, the Marienplatz Square, the Neues Rathaus with its famous carillon, the Residenz, former residence of the Bavarian kings and much more.
Following the tour, transfer to your hotel and check-in. Some time to freshen up.
EVENING
Welcome dinner as a group (possibly at the Hofbrauhaus) and the rest of the evening is free to catch up on some much-needed rest.
DAY THREE: MUNICH (B,D) – Performance
MORNING
Continental breakfast as a group at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for a visit to BMW World Museum which is housed in a very unique building. En route you will also pass the of the soccer team Bayern Munich, another architectural wonder.
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
After lunch, Performance at the Mariahilf kirche, Margaret Church Cultural Center Taufkirchen or similar (TBC).
EVENING
Dinner as a group at a local restaurant.
DAY FOUR: MUNICH → NEUSCHWANSTEIN → SALZBURG (B,D)
MORNING
Continental breakfast as a group at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and load the coach.
Depart for Neuschwanstein Castle, the fairy tale castle on which Disney based his castle of the Sleeping Beauty in Disneyland and enjoy the Bavarian Alps (approx. 2 hours).
En route to the Castle, you will also visit the WWII concentration camp Dachau can be made.
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
After lunch, continue onto Salzburg (approx. 3 hours).
Upon arrival into Salzburg, check-into your hotel.
EVENING
Dinner as a group at a local restaurant.
DAY FIVE: SALZBURG (B,D) - Performance
MORNING
Continental breakfast as a group at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of Salzburg. See the main sights such as the Salzburger Dom, Hohenfortress Salzburg.
Following the tour, visit Mozart’s Birthplace, here you can see the violin he played when he was only 5 years old!
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
After lunch, Performance in Salzburg (possibly in collaboration with the Mozarteum University at the Orchesterhaus, Aula of the university or similar).
EVENING
Dinner as a group at a local restaurant.
DAY SIX: SALZBURG (B,D)
MORNING
Continental breakfast as a group at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for the famous Saltmines for a tour.
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
This afternoon is free to explore Salzburg in chaperoned groups.
EVENING
Dinner as a group at the oldest restaurant of Central Europe, St. Peter’s Stiftskeller (TBC).
Afterwards, return to your hotel.
DAY SEVEN: SALZBURG → VIENNA(B,D)
MORNING
Continental breakfast as a group at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Melk Abbey for a guided visit of the beautiful Benedictine Abbey which overlooks the Danube River. The Abbey of Melk, built on the river band of the Danube, has a fine baroque facade and an extensive library of manuscripts (approx. 2 hours).
AFTERNOON
Lunch in chaperoned groups (own cost).
After lunch, continue onto Vienna (approx. 1 hour).
Before entering the city centre, visit the Central Cemetery of Vienna where you will see the tombs and memorials of famous composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, the Strauss family and Brahms.
Check into your hotel.

Dinner as a group at a local restaurant.
